Quite basic but if they maintain this production quality for the finished product, it would be a super nice set. I've passed on previous iterations from other (?) companies.

Yep. I’m all over this. Love Jackie — and his Police Story movies are some of his best. Hopefully, as you say, it looks this good in production.

I love this too but why does he have a gun? Wouldn't he be more effective with chairs and ladders?

I'm sure there's a Chinese version of the saying "I'd rather have one and not need it, than need it and not have one." But I suppose ladders and chairs could have made suitable accessories. At least a folding chair. Smile

Well, he occasionally had a gun... Smile, but a ladder and chair would be better accessories.

One of the best looking figures I've seen for a long time. Price and availability would be deciding factors though. Would love them to make a Chow Yun Fat similar to the old DML Detective Chow figure.

If you keep browsing you'll come across a recent new product announcement that has exactly Chow Yun Fat -- but in a dressed up look.

I have seen that, but he was a lot older then, the Detective Chow was, I think, based on a John Woo movie he did earlier in his career and it's a look I've always liked.

That's not bad and I've dealt with Kit before and always had good service. One to consider.....
