An interesting choice to do a North Korean-which I do not believe has ever been done by a 1/6th company before.

But I’m a little confused by the rank tabs: the shoulder tabs on the overcoat appear to be for a Lieutenant, while the collar tabs on the uniform are for a Lieutenant Colonel. Does anyone else see that?

Also, does anyone know what the arm patch (as shown in the last photo in the first post above) signifies?

I don't think these women are meant to do any fighting. They are just a modern version of the girls in bikinis draped over car bonnets (hoods).  Perhaps this is the Peoples Democratic Republic of Feminism?
