While I don't know exactly, it reminds me on some memes around the net. Just a few days ago, I saw a creative photo story of an AT-AT as a dog on social media:

The AT-AT dog idea is pretty funny and cute. But, as mentioned, pretty unlikely to be able to get them without paying top dollar.
