It says it's intended for a non-detatchable foot body. Does that mean this figure can't actually stand on its own?

Nah. I'm guessing this is more about the body shape. If the boots fit over the attached feet, then they'll fit onto other feet, too, though they may need to be big feet for stability. PS: Unless the attached feet are generally smaller. I don't have any so I don't know.

Was this a reissue? Or is this the first time SD did one. Looks pretty cool. I never played this version but I think she's pretty popular.
