I have often advocated for more neutral poses, and this is a standard cat sitting pose, so it delivers on that. I also like that they have restrained themselves from their usual exhibitionism fetish, if for no other reason than the pose. But there is just something about the head that doesn't quite do it for me and I can't really say why. Are the eyes too big or too round? Somehow it feels like a cartoon (nothing wrong in that itself, but not my thing). And then the obvious branding (which could easily have gone on the underside) ... enough said.

It definitely looks cartoonish. On BBICN there are a few announcements in other scales that take this much further so it is intentional. I don't like it, but no point arguing over taste. ^^
