Yes, that's Battinson in promo pics.
It was actually a neat idea in that movie that he travels around the city incognito, not attracting much attention to himself - on a motorbike in civilian clothes, carrying the batsuit in his backpack.

Looks cool, but I'm a little confused whether it includes the head.

yeah this is from The Batman, it's the gear he wears as Bruce Wayne in the movie.

Of course. But I mean the this listing is confusing. They don't mention the head or body, yet the photos indicate the body, at least, is part of the set, so perhaps the head is too.
