Very cool overall, and the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is still my favorite film of this genre. If the hat were removable (which is rare in this line), I might have been very tempted to go for it.

No need to apologize. But technically I only said this is my favorite (and there can be no argument as to what my favorite is), although as a matter of fact I do consider it the best (which is as subjective a thing as having a favorite). The score alone buries all others under a deep layer of sand and mud. Wink

I'm a huge Lee Van Cleef fan but this doesn't quite do it for me.

Best spaghetti western is They Call Me Trinity and its sequel, Trinity is Still My Name. This scene is from the sequel; it is pure cinematic gold.

Trinity movies were cool. Too bad Kaustic Plastik never followed through with their interest in doing Terrance and Bud.

BTW Redman also has Clint Eastwood and Eli Wallach from the same movie. Most retailers are out of stock but apparently there will be another run that will be ready for Christmas.

Yeah, the non-removeable hat thing is frustrating indeed.

Not a spaghetti, but my fave western in general is The Outlaw Josey Wales. :')

I do like these a lot, and they do come from my favorite Western, but like skywalkersaga, the non-removable hat bothers me (while recognizing it was done this way to remain properly scaled).

I was lucky enough, years ago, to pick up two head sculpts of Blondie (one with, one without the hat). Not being able to remove the hat on Angel Eyes doesn’t bother me much, as he pretty much wore it through most of the movie.

Were those head sculpts intended as a pair and produced by the same company or artist (and was it Redman)? I do have a couple of nice Clint Eastwood heads. As for this, it's basically the principle of the thing. Besides, I just don't collect anything that would go with any of these, and I already collect too much. But I do enjoy looking at them.

They were intended as a pair, but they weren’t Redman. Pretty sure they were bootlegs of the Iminime sculpts.

Good to know. Just reminds me that I have to do more sorting and cataloging. When I looked for mine, only one showed up in the catalog and it didn't have any identifying information besides "Clint Eastwood." I've been lazy or rather busy.
