No idea what this is from, but the wheelchair is definitely unique!

That wheelchair alone will be a kitbasher magnet. The rest of the set looks great too, although I have no idea what it is based on.

It is based on a popular John Woo movie from the 90's titled "once a thief" and starring Chow Yun Fat and Leslie Cheung
