I like these sets, like so much else produced by Easy&Simple. Is this supposed to be anyone in particular. I seem to see a bit of Michael Keaton in the face...

I think he is Russian so maybe from a Russian TV show or perhaps a real person?

I am pretty sure this is based on Escape from Tarkov game, about PMCs being send into the isolated town of Tarkov on behalf of some big companies to retrieve intel and sensitive material, resulting in battles in the city. This is most likely one of the Russian PMC called BEAR or a character from the game. At least that is my guess, looking at the whole "Stay Calm and save the Motherland" patch with a Hammer and sickle.

The Western PMC is called USEC
