Pretty nice. If you are like me, you'd want more than just one little corner, but still, very nicely done. Having lived in the Midwest, I'd call this snow dusted...

I agree on both counts. Barely a dusting of snow (I guess if you’re a pansy who lives in So Cal this might seem like snow covered). But, yes, it should be bigger, as well, so that IF the figure is sitting like he is in the promo pic, his feet aren’t hanging off.
