This is rather hilarious hideous looking. And the titles 'Clown King', 'Lord Joker' and 'Clown Lord' have me

a Batman animated movie with Feudal Japan as background.

Clowns nowadays are mostly evil looking...thanks to D.C.?

While there were certain elements of the Ninja Batman I thought looked kind of cool, this just looks beyond stupid to me.
