Maybe I'm being a bit dim, but why is he so pale? And am I wrong in liking the ruins best in this set?

Hard to believe this is from Facepool with that old-style pale paint application, if you compare it with their previous awesome headsculpts.
The ruins look fantastic!

What the?! I see 100% Barry Pepper in the 3D face...
so why did the painted headsculpt turn into TOM BERENGER?!
I think the in-house painters got their SNIPERS mixed up.

I want that 'ruins' diorama! Looks awesome!
