Why couldn't they do the full, proper version of the outfit while they're at it!? If we had those, I'd be all for making some female officers (we saw one in Solo), but I call this space tease. And mostly a waste. To confirm my standing as emperor of pedantry, I will point out that imperial uniform tunics (of which these are the sorry remnants) do not feature the imperial cog crest on the upper arms (jumpsuits do). If I do get any, they would have to be the white version, for obvious reasons. The caps and belts look passable (though not perfect), and might be usable, perhaps even for male officers.

Ditto what you guys said - if they’d just had it as a lingerie set I’m sure it would have done better but adding on the SW stuff seems really tacky and it looks awful.

A shame they couldn't have made a real female space hero suit instead of this tacky crap, but it IS Flirty Girl after all. Why would we expect anything else but this crap?

If the designer for Flirty Girl isn't up to the job any more, why not hire someone new who knows what women are wearing from season to season and not just this hackneyed garbage again. Theyw ere on a winner with the Mystery outfits and that Lea Michelle head.

Why not some Mass Effect inspired bodysuits and armor sets, Padme's Arena outfit perhaps. Wilmas bodysuit from Buck Rogers?

It’s incredibly frustrating as a women to see the plethora of ‘sexy’ versions of things like this, especially at Halloween, where the screen accurate costumes are just that, but then there’s always the bra and miniskirt version for the ladies. It’s like, yes, sometimes they’re funny, ironic and/or attractive, but it’s just tasteless half the time and frankly, insulting to anyone who’s a fan of the source material and indeed, isn’t blatantly sexist. (And don’t get me started on the number of female characters being made to fight in heels and impractical bikini armour. -.-)

But going back to the previous comment, Mass Effect style stuff would be amazing! I know there was a set of N7esque armour a few years ago but even some nicely tailored bodysuits with like, Tron style designs on them would be great for generic sci fi bashes.

Yes, I do remember noticing the heels being silly but forgetting to mention it. Like I said, they could have given us a nice full uniform (complete, if they wanted to be sensual, with the lingerie underneath). How about some of the women's uniforms from Star Trek and co., or the Expanse? That would have been sensible and useful to so many of us.

Ephiane, I'd agree, but if you read the product description carefully you will be disappointed to find out that the actual product does not have a face/head. Just the promotional materials.

Theme aside, I think the bra and panties are nicely done. The bra looks like a padded one. The boots could be used for something else, as could the jacket if the insignia were removed. So... I guess I mostly see bash fodder here.

Agreed, also the cap, belt, and badge could be used for a more realistic uniform.

I would definitely be up for the mentioned possible offerings, but they'll never be from FGC/CAT TOYS as long that lead designer is involved.

Its pretty insulting. And frustrating for someone trying to create a realistic femlale warrior character. At least the new Joan of arc figure seems pretty true to the movie and doesnt have an added "boob window" in the cuirass.
