Ok, so I'm a massive nerd and absolutely love the incomparable D&D show, Critical Role. I fell in love with the new campaign's characters and decided to recreate them in 1/6th scale. So far I've only done two, but fully intend to get the whole gang together eventually.

I made a big post showing in detail how I put everything together, with lots and lots of photos - seriously, check it out as I'm only going to put sneak peeks in this thread or I'll be pasting in code all day!  Laughing

Sooo, here's Nott, the Brave, the kleptomaniac, borderline alcoholic goblin and her new friend, Kiri the Kenku. :3

Very nice work, Christine! I spent a long time on your blog and enjoyed the whole step by step account, as well the photos and the stop motion video. Thank you for sharing.

Man that blog is impressive. I had to go through it a couple of times. That’s an amazing amount of work that really paid off.

LOL! Crazy show, just watched your You Tube links. Great interpretations of the characters especially as the panel were so vague about their characters (wearing just off grey?). Great to see another builder cutting up cheap bodies too to create non standard humanoid figures!

Cheers all! :3

Oh no, there was official art of all of them (bar Kiri, but bird-person was pretty easy to imagine XD) so I based Nott’s gear off that.

Absolute Great ! Love it ! An wonderful detail is for me, that these Charakters created by Your own Fantasy. Can´t say witch one i like more. The Raven Creature is my favorite i think and it must be a little harder work for you to create him.
Please allow me this tipp. The site is in english to. They have all Types of Eyes You like. I see You prefere Cat Eyes for Nott. Think they have it to. For my Minotaure i use Goat Eyes with a horizontal iris

Damn, both figures came out great! Totally blown away with Kiri.

Critical Roll looks like a lot of fun. I ran a sci-fi tabletop rpg for years, so seeing this definitely brings back memories and makes me miss it. I can see getting hooked on this.

Oh you should totally watch it! The first campaign is well worth the watch (the climactic finale is just mindblowingly intense and emotional ) but I’d honestly recommend starting with the new one as unlike the previous campaign, which was a continuation of their home game, we’re seeing the characters develop exactly as they do!
I haven’t got round to watching it yet but another game on Geek and Sundry is a Star Trek RPG called ‘Shield of Tomorrow’ which is supposed to be pretty good as well!

lol, Ephiane I think you’ve got the wrong end of the stick there, they’re not actually my own characters! XD I usually never make other people’s characters but I just HAD to have them in 1/6!
But ooooh thanks for the link! O_O I can definitely see some potential for a few of those eyes!
