Yes, the plastic boots look cheap. Replacing them is a good idea. But the rest of the clothes and the equipment is quite nice.

Cool kit-bash. I like the colors, green, brown. Those work well. Nice backdrop!

That’s pretty cool. I received mine, but aside from inspecting her, I haven’t done anything else. Your pictures make the figure look good, but I’m a bit disappointed how skinny she is.

1. Photographing.
I photograph the figure in front of a monochrome background.

2. Cropping
I use the PhotoRoom app for cropping.

3. Creating the AI background
I use Freepik.com to create AI backgrounds. For a reasonable monthly subscription price, you get access to an infinite number of ready-made images and several AI engines. The Flux AI is extremely good and easy to configure. Camera settings, image formats, lighting etc. can be refined using selection fields.

4. Adding the background to the figure
Again I use PhotoRoom

5. Optional
Other postprocessing effects like filters, face editing or overlays
I use FaceApp, SnapSeed and Photoshop Elements.

Man, I see such wonderful tattoos on all of your fantastic figures here in the forum. I definitely have to try that too.

Below is a mix between the use of AI and a real diorama. I created the picture of the action figure store with AI. It was printed out as a poster and used as a backdrop for the small scenes. I would like to have a store like this in real life.
