As always, fantastic pictures. Whenever I see your figures, I ask myself why I fill 50 square meters in my home with 1:6 figures when 1:12 figures already look so good. You captured a photographer's pose very accurately. Thanks for showing.

This is a very clever idea. I've already thought about it myself. To use the same figure in 1:6 and 1:12. With the 1:12 version you could build large dioramas and use the 1:6 version for close-ups of the figure. One of the 1000 ideas that I will never implement.

Accessorize (Part 5: more on sparring outfits)

Not much of an update this time, but I've finally acquired the FireApple tops mentioned earlier. And they are closer to the 1/12 reference mentioned in that same post:




As much as I like Kate's and Vera's combat outfits, I feel it somewhat counter-productive to have them in something covering 100% of the body, so they'll probably spend most of the time in these sparring/training costumes (unless I need to shoot a close up for the agent look).

These definitely help create the sixth-scale counterparts of your twelfth-scale figures. Good find.

Another reunion

One more character is recreated in larger scale.


He is known as agent Wolf, though after events of Part 2 of Diary of a field agent he is technically not an agent anymore,


and "Wolf" may or may not be his actual name, it's just how people him.


The "recreation" is not really identical this time, the upscaling process turned him into Brad Pitt (I don't have a full mini-me picture of them)


And the body is M33, which is the closest match to 1/12 scale TM01:


Regardless, I like how he scales with the girls


I was concerned he'd be too short, but now, this height works for me without any extenders:


Now I need to get some gear for him. And maybe different clothes to better match the smaller look.


Surprisingly, there are no trigger-finger hands, so I need hands too, preferably with gloves to eliminate the need for wristbands. It'll be a long - but fun - process...

Nice work on another sixth-scale version. M33 is still more or less my favorite body TBLeague did for male figures, although I do wish the arms were a tad shorter and the legs a tad longer, with overall slightly greater height. Stay away from the ankle extenders if you can help it, they are positively evil and almost impossible to get off. I'm glad he sizes up well with the female characters as it is. 
When posing the body, except for some very specific instances, you might achieve greater realism by lowering the shoulders a little bit. Also, you can insert a little something between the neck post and the inside walls of the neck flesh to thicken the neck at the top, creating a more seamless transition to the head. I use specially made little pieces from Green Stuff leftovers, but a little piece of rolled up cardboard or semi hard plastic (like from the TBLeague container inner lid) would also work. Very nice, he fits in well, with your crew. As Ian's says the M33 is a great body shape.

Yeah, posing is quite tricky and I haven't figured it out yet. Quite a lot of material.
