Thanks for the update video, Craig. They're doing a great job, and greater yet with their intake from the public and in providing this information. So looks like an unmasked head would be definitely out. Given the research they've done, I think they could have still released it (perhaps even unhaired and unpainted) as a separate product.

I have been looking at the base some more..
I think the Neon sign could be better. The letters should have the join parts that link all the letters - which will result in a better Neon replication.

Looking at the image showing the 3 different portaits, i really do like the portrait on the far left side of the image.
Boots are looking good. I sense zero articulation.
Assuming that is the actual outfit, i think is the 1st image showing white stitching on the black outfit. From what i can tell, the white stitching is painting on, not actual stitching.

With time licking by, i sense JazzInc. are getting on with the job at a rapid pace, to allow for a pre_order to happen soon.

While I have personally lost interest due to the wasted potential of an unmasked Michelle Pfeiffer head, these look absolutely excellent.

I’ve heard they’re now planning to have movable eyes and changing faceplates on some of the figures, but it’s getting harder and harder to follow all the changes. Either way, this figure is going to be so freaking expensive, I doubt I’ll be able to get it.

Lovely. I know I’m old, but this was never my favorite version of Catwoman; Julie Newmar will always be my favorite live-action CW.

I read a post, not so long ago, JazzInc. are apparently working with Phicen/TBLeague on an anatomically more correct body than the body used in the image above, which features incorrect oversized arms for example, compared to Catwoman as she appeared in the movie.

Some new shots.
I like the crazy looking portrait with messy hair / teeth on show most of all.
The portrait on the final image (the 4th image) i am less sold on.

As far as we know, the body being used in the photo's above make use of a standard off the shelf TBLeague / Phicen body.
JazzInc. are supposed to be working on a custom TBLeague / Phicen body. I hope they do.

Yikes! InArt pricing, but then, I expected as much. If you don’t have the room for the dio, buying the Deluxe of each separately is the way to go.

While I agree with this sentiment, it’s only a $10 difference to upgrade to the all in with the diorama base, even if you don’t have the space it’s worth it for that. I’m trying to figure out which option I want. Well let’s be honest I want that all in, but I’m waiting to see both payment plan options from OSK & SpecFiction.

Holy cow that is ridiculously gorgeous! I would LOVE to get the double deluxe just to not miss out on such an amazing figure and instead appreciate the artistry daily. Sadly... can't justify it.  

If they were offering a package of 1 body, 6 heads, etc... so no double of anything THEN I'd be tempted no doubt. Then again... having 5 of those gorgeous heads in the body at all times seem a bit of a waste, too. 

I didn't see a single shot that demonstrated the movable eyes though. If they are also hand-painted, then... how well can that be done without causing the paint texture to experience friction when adjusting those eyes? I admittedly prefer the perfect clean look of the movable eyeballs by Pop Toys/Costume over the hand-painted look.

But like he said: can't please everyone. Great job in any case.

After that there is the possibility of either Uma Thurman Poison Ivy or Zoe Kravitz Catwoman.
I would rather see Poison Ivy happen, as the Zoe Kravitz Catwoman looked..

I'm digressing.

Jazzinc doesn’t ship to the US, so Kit is my only option. While the two figure deluxe would be the way to go… $1158 is just too far out of my comfort zone for a version of the character I wasn’t exactly wowed by.

Someone pointed out something i had not spotted. The way JazzInc. have approached the stitches.
They look like stuck/glued on strips, which they are!
..and guess what? - they are screen accurate!

The question is, does it work in 1/6 scale?

Well that's a good question. I brought it up in the stream yesterday. This is how the actual movie suit is. Should we make that or go for the idealised version
without the strips. Either way is fine by me. We can make it both ways for the final suit. So do we go prop accurate or head cannon?

My take is.. it could be argued that the 1/6 scale strips are larger than 1/6 scale when it comes to the thickness of the strips.
The result is, they look more obvious than they do on the full size outfit.
Also, something else to consider - will the strips not fall off over time during articulation?
Besides, the strips were not obvious during the movie, as they were not supposed to be. Catwoman makes the out herself during the movie, the strips were not part of her construction.
The strips were inplace to make the 'prop' viable.

I have always thought, and mentioned in the past, that Hot Toys avoid this Catwoman as they had no idea how to recreate the quite.
I guess now in 2024, Hot Toys would probably print the stitches on to the outfit, as they have been printing onto outfits for quite some time now.

UPDATE..

I hear you. We will not do the tape strips and make it look like intended on the screen.
Makes it easier for us in fact.

I was worried seeing those strips. It remains to be seen how the factory will add the stiches to the outfit?

The Batman licence is not my cup a, but dudes! what a ridiculously precise and accurate series of headsculpts. Damaged version is just mindblowing. Imagine how it's hard to sculpt a female face with a grin, and still keep it accurate and cool. At that size !

It sure is pricey, but come on, if this was my thing I wouldn't pass on this one at no cost.
Those who will, wil regret it like they regretted not to grab the InArt Aragorn.

I would rather save on one or two other purchases and keep this one. My two cents.

Well, I struggled a long time with this one. That price is brutal, but I don’t foresee Hot Toys doing anything at this level anytime soon, so I broke down and PO’d the Deluxe two pack. For anyone else on the fence, the PO window closes on the 17th (tomorrow).

As much as I hemmed and hawed about this figure and how much I had to have it, the all-in price point (especially at retail versus the prices Jazzinc originally posted) has just priced me out. When you consider I purchased an entire 1/6 scale Batmobile for about $300 more (less shipping), the justification for the price is just not there for me personally. It’s also difficult to drop that much coin to a company who is truly untested at delivering at this quality and at this scale. I understand they made an unlicensed figure before, but that was nowhere near this detail and this quantity.

I’m now holding out hope that Hot Toys releases her in their artisan line soon (which may be why Hot Toys blocked Jazzinc from selling this direct to the North American market), especially since they just re-released the 92 Batman. Even with their artisan pricing, I think you’ll get similar quality at a much lower price point. Just look at the HT artisan TDK Joker versus the InArt of the same character. Minimal difference visually and maximum price difference. Plus, I can order the Batmissile, and a couple Hot Toys figures for a similar price of this two pack.

I may regret my decision once this thing releases and is in hand and selling for hundreds over retail, but it is what it is.
