Looks cool, but not something for me.

I just love the headsculpt. It will look very cool alongside the Ruthless Blade girl. I will probably PO, even though it's really expensive, dang!

Note that Popcostume is releasing another amazing samurai at the same time, but very limited and only for a Shanghai event as far as I know.

i have a feeling that this will be where i bow out out of this line?
i just can not see myself paying £500+ for a figure, even if i could get the Shanghai version which without spending either way too much time or paying way over the odds to try to get and could probably still not get, i know from the past that over spending on items that im unsure about leaves a really nasty taste in my mouth and all i see is it cost too much.
all that said..... this looks amazing [but i think i prefer the look of the shanghai version]
funny enough i just paid the balance for my ruthless blade a couple of days ago and the last 3 figures have come in around the £300 mark.
i will just have to see how much this goes up for, to make my decsion??????

Very beautiful character, even if in the first teaser I had the impression of seeing a female face. We can clearly see here that this is not the case... beautiful but way too expensive.

It's $465 on the POP site, + shipping and you are over 500. Based on my experience with the Ruthless Blade, I POed it from their site, and it went on Giantoy and OSK at the very same price + shipping in the end.

yeah i saw the price wasnt as high as i imagined for the shanghai, actually quite good if you could be bothered to try to snag one at retail if im honest. but i cant be bothered to sit there hitting refresh haha. plus i still dont know how to work taobao anyway haha
ummm the FB group i think was ancient and historical 1/6? like you say it wasnt on any pop streams? which i always think is odd that they dont do the reveal themselves?

yea, they just announced that there would be only 200 copies of the SamuraiDaisho available today 8PM on Taobao. It's going to be taken by storm, lol !
I am currently trying to figure out a process for buying on this platform, but it's rather tricky.

hmmmm yeah its $620 on OSK, which is a SHADE under £500 for me, which is leaving me on the fence and WOULD be my most expensive figure IF i POd it, if i sell some crap on ebay before the window closes i may well still PO is????????

Yep, that's why I decided to jump on it just before the early bird time limit on their site. They warned clearly that the price would rise even more after that. Just like you, i will have to sell two or three things to finance this.

the only reason i get my figures from OSK, is there is no guess work involved in the final price?
if i got it from pops website i would get hit with a customs fee upon arrival which also can significantly slow down delivery in this country UK [can be in customs office 3-4 week before you even get a request for payment from them!]. so im guessing the early bird on pop wont really be much different, whatever that was, asi didnt actually check?

just paid in full for this and it was a smidge over £500!

im not expecting to see this before Dec 2025 if im honest as they seem to be announcing a LOT of figures of late.
but seeing as i had the money and £400 could be difficult to conjure on a weeks notice, i figured ide just get rid of it.
my other preorders are sub 200 and relatively easy to pay off.
im guessing the previous release in this line will also be kinda late too? the girl with red cloth over her face, i forgot her name haha, even though thats paid up too. i sort of like doing that though so you forget its on it way and its like christmas when they arrive
