Yeah, you're right. Give him a big overcoat and an axe and he could be the Jeepers Creeper's brother.

I would be tempted to use the body for a custom and swap the head out for something more to my tastes.

Eewww... this one is seriously creepy.  I like it though, and it seems well done for what it is.  

There may be a place in my 1/6 universe for it - facing off with a group of armed schoolgirls?  An opponent for Chun Li or 2B?
