The Batmissile was an escape vehicle integrated into the Batmobile. In "Batman Returns," Batman finds himself in a dire situation when The Penguin hijacks the Batmobile, forcing him to use the Batmissile to escape from the GCPD. Amid the chaos caused by the Red Triangle Gang, he activates this high-tech escape mechanism. As a last resort, it enables him to swiftly evade the pursuing police cars, showcasing the advanced technology of his iconic vehicle.

Based on the appearance of the Batmissile in "Batman Returns," Hot Toys is excited to present the super-vehicle as a stunning 1/6th scale collectible that can be paired with the Batman figure to recreate iconic scenes.

The highly detailed collectible exquisitely captures the Batmissile’s appearance from the movie with extreme precision and outstanding paint applications. It features intricate mechanical details throughout both the interior and exterior. Measuring approximately 109 cm in length, the collectible includes a meticulously crafted cockpit, complete with LED light-up dashboard panel and a slide-open canopy that recreate the cinematic setting. Additionally, the orange LED light at the back of the vehicle simulates a flame effect, while the extendable wheels enhance its dynamic design.

Pick up the 1/6th scale Batmissile collectible vehicle for your Batman collection.

I must have blinked, as i cannot recall seeing a Batmissile during the movie.
Seeing the double wheel design, reminds me of a train.

I wonder why Hot Toys decided to go with the Batmissile, when they could have offer more interesting vehicles.

With the onslaught of InArt appearing to force Hot Hots hand (to up their game, aka: Artisan).
I wonder if JazzInc. have also forced Hot Toys to up their game when it comes to vehicles?
I think i read a post on Facebook that appeared yesterday, that implied JazzInc. are interested in the Batmissile.

LOL... yeah, I couldn't help but feel someone thought Batman needed to compensate for some things...

This one came out of nowhere! My guess is that since this has been brought up as a vehicle that some fans wanted to be made in the Jazzinc social media circles over the past couple of years, Hot Toys felt it necessary to step on Jazzinc’s toes a little here. However, this is just a theory. I wonder if HT releasing this will prohibit Jazzinc from selling their own directly to the North American market, similarly the way they did for JI’s upcoming Catwoman. If so why didn’t they prohibit JI’s 89 Batmobile from direct NA sales, unless this was a newer contract obligation?

As a nine year old watching this gimmick unfold in front of me in the theater, I loved it! I also have many fond memories of playing with my splitting Kenner Batmissile Batmobile as a kid. It’s definitely a must have in my Keaton-centric sixth scale Batman collection.

I do think it’s priced a bit higher than it needs to be, especially when you compare it to their own Batmobile. I’m not sure if they’re trying to factor in the unknown future of tariffs or what, but it’s more than it needs to be given its size. Speaking of, I do like that it’s sized more appropriately to the ‘actual’ vehicle (although I believe they only used miniatures when they filmed it) and closer in line to the Jazzinc Batmobile regarding length. 43.6 inches on the Jazzinc versus 42.9 on the Hot Toys Batmissile.

Alas, I will preorder this. Unfortunately, I may opt to order this and a couple of other figures in lieu of the Jazzinc Catwoman two pack given how much it ended up going for as their first official figure. I really wanted it, but cannot justify spending that much when Jazzinc is completely untested in their figure capability, not to mention everything else is vying for my wallet!

this car looks like a giant suppository.
It's really not pretty and doesn't look like a warrior.
it looks like a badly stretched photo on a photo software
