I can’t even begin to express how glad I am that someone has FINALLY been tackling animals other than dogs, horses and domesticated cats. I’m going to get at least two of these (black panther and leopard). Next up should be a Bengal Tiger (hopefully). Already have a chimp and a lion; and one each of the hyenas and a camel on PO. Still need to PO one of the recently announced gorillas. It’ll be interesting to see how deep into the animal kingdom these two companies (Mr. Z and JXK) go. I’d like to see bears, zebra, rhinos, crocodile/alligators, exotic birds (like an ostrich, flamingo), and more primates.

I agree that it is nice to get these. I don't know which, if any, I would get, but I like to know they are out there. Also, it is great to see them provide a modicum of multiple looks by supplying a second head, even if the rest is just a statue. My favorite among these has always been the snow leopard, but in this instance I don't think they even tried to capture its fluffier look (I think these are all the same sculpt painted with different patterns). The collar is brilliant, as is their choice of sample human companion.
