Interesting set. The camouflage paint on the head seems just a tad too neat, not to mention limiting the kitbashing potential, but of course a product like this is not made with the purpose of being kitbashed...

Did you notice it looks like they used the Chris Kyle HS for this (I could be wrong, but it looks pretty close to the same to me).

I think you are right -- I thought so but wasn't sure; at any rate, it does look like a headsculpt that is/was already available as a normal version. Similarly, the headsculpt for 26031B is Christian Bale, ditto.

Ha! That's what I thought about the Spotter head -- Bale knockoff. These companies really need to come up with a little more variety. Not that I have a problem with the Chris Kyle, but Bale -- had enough of that guy in 1/6 scale. There's like 10 guys it seems that all of these companies make over, and OVER, AND OVER... Pretty boring.

I agree to a point. But if a head is only available with permanent camo paint on it, I'd rather have it be a head I can get (or have already gotten) without the camo paint for the purposes of kitbashes. So I am actually relieved that these fine headsculpts are repeats. That said, more variety is always a good thing.

Wow, I really like the headsculpt on this ....and weirdly enough, the facepaint actually gives me some pretty amazing kitbashing ideas. Not that I'd buy it just for the head, but if I ever happened to see it around on its own...
