This one was just for fun.

Started off with a normal Black Series K2-SO and some paint.
He was originally quite vibrant (grey base, with yellow, red and blue accents) but toned that down with some washes.

I stuck some leftover bits of a 1:72 Huey I had kicking around in his eyes for photoreceptor upgrades,
and a piece on his chest plate and mouth plate to change up the look a bit further.

His vest is paper towel, I wanted another chance to experiment more with it.

Above is after it was reinforced at the seams with hockey tape, and with some carnation ribbon applied as edging.
It was painted with watered down acrylics, then I brushed on floor polish to seal and help provide a little extra durability.

Gave him a couple extra greeblies (on his thigh and hand) from bits of an old cellphone I had.

His mohawk is a piece of Lego.

Rob-butt.

The chain is a placeholder until I can find the one I actually had in mind for him.

Very cool, and such innovative use of materials... you guys have some neat paper towels in Canada, and how appropriate that you should use hockey tape! Smile

I have to agree, very inventive use of materials to make a great looking figure.

Very nice indeed.

This is so cool. Excellent use of all the different materials. It was actually a little difficult to see K-2SO under all the changes. Awesome.

Thanks a lot fellas! I'm getting pumped for Father's Day, I've got 2 Mimban Han Solo's (the Mud Trooper one) waiting for me. Got big plans for 'em!

Hah he really is the hero the Coruscant underworld needs! Maybe...

Especially his 'mouth-piece' in combination with the red eyes is really great.

And we might be telepathically connected or something, right at the moment I'am finishing my customized blade wielding 1/12 Bandai K2SO. And I also ordered a Mimban Solotrooper just yesterday. Looking forward for your troopers!

Ooooh he’s cool! I’ve been in a roboty mood recently so I may have to cobble something together myself!

Haha hey, great minds, eh?

He's like a mix between Johnny 5 and Chappie.
