DAMTOYS 78066 RUSSIAN SPETSNAZ MVD SOBR (Jason Statham)

I ordered this full set of figure when I first saw Jason Statham head.....was so hard to assemble this thing with bags, vests, armors.....

Finally, this Russian warriors join to my family....

I had my Terminator T-1000 set that I bought on Jun or July...but that is nothing to wear and much less accessories than this one, so I give this 78066 as my fist full set ever....and I do really enjoy the assembling .... while struggles abit when I don't know what the heck was this and was that...

Looks great, and you seem to have aced the challenge of putting together all the little bits and pieces.

I know there were a lot of Jason's head out there... and I don't have any plans for him to be honest, but Damtoys just made the right time to release him as MVD and I have just finished the movie with the FF Hobs and Shaw's///// well.... I think I just get a set of him and try it out....

Looks awesome on this head sculpt as always, Damtoys is one of the best factory other than Hottoys, in terms of sculpting....

As I first get the Damtoys figure, I was the first time to have their body, which is really tall....its leg pegs really really long... but it gains more movement range for its shoes, I can see why.... here are some comparisons with others....


Damtoys, Coo, Phicen M33, Worldbox AT-011, and Hot toys... even the M34 is not the tallest...

After 4 days, I finally finish the puzzles and take him to do some outdoor, shootings..... while I feel lucky that his bags and stuff keep nicely after some poses....otherwise I can go mad if any tiny things lost on the grass.....and I got a bunch of mosquitoes buns on my hands too....as my rewards

It has so many....so many....so many.....endless road to achieves.....I took 4 days for that pieces... just similar to play a puzzle...

He does look great! Well done, and good photos as always!

It's funny that Dam body is 'tall'... to me it always seems short, but then I only ever owned a loose one that I bought second hand, so maybe when it comes in a set with ankle pegs and footwear it is taller.

Glad you like these!!! They have several models of their bodies, Asian character usually uses the shorter body, I am not sure which one you own... this leg pegs were fixed and not replaceable at all, I am too lazy to do "surgery" for it anyways.....

I don't know for sure which it is, but from looking at pics I think it's the one they sold nude that came with the Daryl Dixon headsculpt.

He looks good all kitted out. Nicely done.

I love DAM and their Russians are works of art. I didn't order this one but after seeing yours, think I might. Really like the cut of that Multicam

The body is the new DAM v3 body - which is a nice body, slim, muscular and yes, does come in slightly taller. they've been using it for a few of their newer figures.

Yay he looks great, and good to see you make outdoor shots from time to time. Who ist that in the white shirt?

Fun fact: I once had the plan to create a WW2 Soviet soldier with body armour, using Jason Stathams head. It seems Damtoys also thought JS might make a good professional Russian.

Ah thanks, I suspected him to be Russel but I don't remember seeing him bald and bearded like a boss, as I haven't watched Noah. (Is it good? CGI disaster fantasy movie?)

Welcome. Hmm, is it good? Might be ok to see once if you're not paying a lot for that. Somewhat interesting "take" on the story, but marred by the typical Hollywood modernist irreligious, indeed anti-religious treatment that misses the point of and certainly grossly distorts most things set in the distant past.
