I’m assuming this is a knockoff/bootleg of Shuri from Black Panther, or based off another character from Wakanda?
I’m not sure about the headsculpt - I’d have liked to see it in a darker skin tone, (unless of course it’s based on a particular character I’m unfamiliar with) but I’m loving the bodysuit! <3

I am guessing the same as you. I agree the skin tone is too light and the head looks too cartoony for my liking. Overall it is a nice set, but not for me.

From what I’ve read (rumors, I would imagine), Shuri is supposed to take over the mantle. However, what’s throwing me is the head. Years, and years ago, I remember seeing an X-Men storyline where Orora Monroe (aka Storm) married the Black Panther (this almost — almost — makes me think they are combining the technique/style of the movie costume with that storyline.) AFM could probably confirm my suspicions since he’s far more familiar with comic book lore than I can honestly remember.

You are correct. They did get married in the comics. My plans will be to make this figure their daughter.

It looks pretty sweet overall, but like so many others, I'm not fond of the head. Too stylized for my taste (the eyes are just huge) and probably too pale if this is supposed to be Shuri.
