Is it normal for a dog to be this weak, and to miss the fire hydrant this badly? I thought the whole biological point of doing this to a hydrant was for the dog to "mark territory" on as high an object as possible, so the smell would spread the most ... And these guys are missing the target altogether. So ok, I'm overthinking this...
