Is this Dain Ironfoot (The Hobbit) for real or just pie in the sky?

Hey guys! Been a while but I put down my Gundam nippers and dragged out my suitcase full of The Hobbit Dwarf build parts as I've had an itch to maybe get back to building 1/6 hopefully (lost that magic feeling of building 1/6 a few years back, sad day for me). Anyway been perusing 1/6 parts on eBay etc.. and came across this, not sure who the supposed manufacturer is really meant to be or if this is all just BS but does look pretty damn good especially for the price (not a great Billy Connolly likeness but with the helmet on it doesn't matter). Any thoughts? Link below.
