Deadpool is an expert marksman, a master of various martial arts, and mostly seen with using katanas, but who knows if he also owns a set of heavily weaponized armors?
Reimagining your beloved characters in stylishly looking armored outfits, Hot Toys is excited to bring in a new Armorized Warrior Collection that explores characters from new dimensions by developing highly advanced suits with respect to their signature looks!
Crafted based on the reimagined appearance of Deadpool in armored suit, the highly-detailed figure features a newly crafted helmet head with LED-light up function; intricate design of  a heavily advanced suit painted in signature red and black with matte finishing and dark silver highlights; LED light-up function design on eyes, Arc Reactor, and hands; a selection of signature weapons including a pair of Katanas, pistols that can be combined and transformed into a heavy machine gun, saias, dagger, and shurikens; multiple pairs of interchangeable hands; and a figure stand for display.
A Special Edition available only in selected markets will specially include an additional weapon, energy cannon, as bonus accessory.

Looks cool, but not something I need heh. I'm sure if I was a big deadpool fan, I'd be all over it.

Uhhmmm… yeah… Neat idea, but how does he pull off his typical martial arts moves in all that?

Very neat, although it doesn't feel true to the character, who should have more of a spidey-ninja vibe. Still, I'm sure they are reproducing the source very faithfully.

Oh man, I've always wanted a HT Iron Man's figure since the first release, I've always found them amazing, but never got myself to truly commit to the pricing. This time won't be different. Heck, I want this Iron Deadpool so bad. He's even sicker than the Punisher Warmachine, another figure I hardly wish I had. If I'd gotten the Punisher Warmachine, I would definitely go YOLO on this one.

I personally love it (I am a sucker for Iron Man figures) and it seems to be modified from the best looking War Machine armour (mk4). Plenty weapons with it too. I love it

I couldn't agree more brother.

Not a Deadpool fan, so... just mod the head, remove the guns, blades and stupid shotgun shells, cover the arc reactor and buckle and voi​là! The Crimson Dynamo!

looking at the pics and comparing to other figures I can confirm it is indeed mostly War Machine MK4 with alterations (like how Punisher War Machine was a modified War Machine MK3 with alternate weapons, chest plate and WM MK1 shoulders)

Deadpool armour has these changes from War Machine MK4:

Different shin covers
Wrist armour plates instead of wrist guns
Straps with knives on thighs
Accessories on hips/waist sides
Deadpool buckle/emblem at lower belly
Different chest plate
Different shoulder armour
Different helmet head
Different backpack/weapons
Different weapon accessories of course (guns, knives, swords)
Differently sculpted hands (for gripping weapons)
Canon arm (with exclusive)

Most if not all the alternate parts seem to be new sculpts. The wrist armour plates resemble the MK7 Iron Man ones but they are not while the shoulder armour seems very familiar but doesn't any from any prior War Machine/Iron Man I am aware of so must be newly sculpted also.

All in all, while the base body is a re-use (like with Punisher War Machine) there is more than enough difference to the overall look IMHO and the comparatively lower price (compared to other current Iron Man figures available to order) plus the large number of accessories make this figure more than worth it to me. The colour scheme really helps differentiate it. It will be great in an armour case with Wade/Deadpool doing a Tony impression in front (oooooooooooohhhhhhhhh, could repaint one of my Dum-E robots to match.... maybe)
