It's been too long for me to recognize it all, but very nicely done. That brown might be a bit too fresh, but the level of detail and paint is impressive.

"US team theme" led me to expect maybe something Olympic/sports, but obviously that is not the case unless Hydra is fielding a team this year.

It looks good, though pretty (overly) specific to a Captain America figure. Or other Marvel characters as well, though then they will not take advantage of what I think is the smartest design: that crack in the Hydra logo made to hold Cap's shield.

The crack for the shield is awesome!! But otherwise this would be so easy to make yourself...
