Not familiar with this character so I did a search. Looks to be Antonio Inoki, wrestler turned politician. Don't know the significance of the pile of poop, but I guess we see many politicians as such heh.

i like MIVI figures i have a couple. the quality isnt the best but they are all fun. who ever runs the company has a good sense of humour. i also have no idea who this is haha

Inoki is like a god in Japan. Even international wrestlers that worked with him or for him were in awe of him, the respect he commanded, and his sheer presence.
