Indeed, I agree. In the original Rocky toy line, "The Meat" got its own figure. The blurb on that one is a classic. To justify making such a weird "action" figure, the blurb actually gives "the meat" credit (as "a secret, unique training tool") for keeping Rocky on his feet in 15 grueling rounds with Apollo Creed.

Looks good to me. The head sculpt is recognizable. The costume is accurate. The carcass would be useful in lots of settings.

I agree, pretty neat. A little deer-in-the-headlights, but looks good, recognizable, and appropriate. And love the chunk of meat. As always, nice to have MBAM's historical perspective -- there is just so much I had no idea about.
