For a moment I thought there must be an extra Star War Prequel Trilogy movie I hadn't seen... Impressive pieces, all of them, although I don't have a use for any of them. The Hell Gate is pretty cool, and apparently functional. The District 9 environment, also, if a bit diminutive (I don't actually know how large this figure is). Have they made District 9 action figures yet?

I want that Hell's Gate -- but I'm afraid at what the cost might end up being. It's pretty cool -- but it makes no sense to have Obi Wan (they could have used a TBLeague chick and it would have made more sense).

It says the mech figure is 48cm tall, which isn't 1/6 scale. In the movie a 6 foot man rides in the upper torso of it, meaning it'd stand about 65cm in 1/6, by my calcs. So I assume this isn't quite to 1/6 scale. The scene is just over a foot cubed, so easily big enough for a few 1/6 figs.

I like the second diorama. That would suit my scifi bashes really well.
The hell gate is awesome, but I'd have nowhere to put it. It's yuuuuge!! If I set that up on the shelf, I'd get evicted by my better half! (and my shelf might collapse)

$188 dollars, pre-profit margin, pre postage. Not cheap, but not bad given the enormous size. I bet it goes up though.

Agree, so many warrior characters, fantasy game characters, etc to choose from. Yet they go for a Jedi??? Weird choice!

Thanks for explaining. So the mech figure is out of scale, but the scene is. That's still pretty promising, unless one really wanted to use it with that mech figure.

Yeah, seems that way. 48cm seems way too small. The scene looks like it'd suit 1/6 though. Time will tell. Hopefully they'll do more promos with regular figs.

You could <physically> place a figure or two on the last one, the "No Humans Allowed," but it would clearly be all wrong.  The structure at the right side is a dwelling, and I think those boy/girl silhouettes are supposed to be full human size, which is also evident from the slice of fence at the centre.  Also consistent with the wire pole and signage, though there could be a little scale flexibility on the latter.  Never meant for 1/6 obviously.  

On the other hand it's impressive the Hell's Gate is so uncompromisingly effective for actual 1/6:  generally when we see anything like this, the best we can usually hope for is something compromised at about 90% of scale and "close enough for jazz."  I would especially appreciate the height, so important if you're going to use it for photographs.  The price seems abundantly reasonable but the hidden whammy in the current 2022 world situation is the increasing shipping costs, more so for something this tall and probably heavy (and even more so for those of us outside the US).

I really like the Hell Gate. If I have got the currency figured out then it will be about £140. It looks like the doorway is open so would need some kind of backing or scenery behind it.

I just noticed that last montage shot, and you are right. The no humans set if for 1/12. I just spotted the concrete roadblocks and the tyre under a tarp, both of which would look ridiculously tiny next to 1/6.

Which oddly now makes the alien mech way over scaled! It wasn't 3 times the height of a man in the movie. The original drawings put it in the region of 12 feet tall. It'll dwarf 1/12 figs. It's a pretty cool model though.

Has anyone seen these go up anywhere? I’m usually pretty good about finding this stuff, but so far…nothing.
