I like this for random character kitbashing. Not too many average youthful male sculpts. But wait a minute, the last photo labels him "The Puzzlist." And what's with Depl of Conflession!?

It’s supposed to be the unmasked version of The Riddler from the Battinson movie.

Didn't notice those silly texts. "The Puzzlist" would be more suitable.
Doesn't look like Paul Dano to me, the first person i thought of was Podrick Payne of Game of Thrones.

I agree, without the glasses, the headsculpt doesn't look like the actor to me.

The "Puzzlist" in association with Arkham made me think of the Riddler, too, but not having seen the Battinson movie, I had no idea. Makes sense now.
