Looks like the actor to me but it's been a while since I saw Amazing Spider-man 2. (Harry osborne) Nice and simple looking set though.

Probably bad translation. Looks like head is fixed to neckpiece, but it's good that the head won't walk off on you hehehe

I haven't seen the source, but it looks excellent.

"Ne'er-do-well" can be an adjective or a noun.

Nah, GF has got it right there, you do need a noun.     "Ne'er-do-well" can indeed be an adjective or a noun, of itself.  But, as a noun it can't support this particular dependent adjectival clause, ie "of the rich land baron."
You can be a brother of the rich land baron (ne'er-do-well or otherwise).  You can be the son of the rich land baron.  But you can't be "the ne'er do well of the rich land baron."

Thanks for coming to my rescue, MBAM! I thought so too. And I wasn't trying to correct Mark, just figured he missed a word (we all do sometimes) and was wondering about the background he is devising for this character.

He played a 1920's hillbilly moonshiner type character before, so I can immediately see him as a western character.

Definitely could be a smug, railroad boss's kid, who bullies the workers. Which is funny, because he played a sweet kid in the movie Lawless.

This is another one I'd like to have just because he looks great. And he comes with an open hand and two actual fists! Not sure how rare these are for male figures, since I rarely buy these, but I still don't have fists for my female TBLs...

I did miss a noun — the son. Typing fast (or trying to) on an iPad has its faults (especially when that damn autocorrect decides “here’s what you actually meant to type” but isn’t even close.)

Oh, I know the feeling, Mark. Yes, with the youthful look, son does make more sense.
