I’m thinking of grabbing it for a custom but other than one eBay listing I can’t track it down and I’d like to see if I can find it cheaper because I’m a cheapskate. 😂 It was sold as a WWII ‘smile’ head, but it seems really familiar so I’m not sure if it’s based off an actor or something. Also, on a vaguely related question, do the Worldbox bodies come in paler skintones? I have one (I think it’s the AT011) and it has a much more yellowish shade than I’d like for my future fig. I really love the body but it’s too tan for the character.

Yes, it is from this DID set:
WWII Grenadier Division Radio Operator Dennis figure D80143A

https://www.ebay.com/itm/275165809753

The likeness is of actor Max Brown (Edward Seymour in The Tudors).

You are very welcome. Good luck. I got one too (not much of a fan, probably because of some of his roles, but the likeness is excellent and proved irresistible), when they first came out.

Wasn’t he also the villain on one of those Disney+ Marvel shows?

I don't know. He was on that show The Royals (unless I'm confusing it with some other fictitious royalty show), in which he also played a negative role.

I think the sculpt is of actor Daniel Brühl, spot-on signature smirk.
He played a German soldier in Inglourious Basterds if that helps connect with the DID figure.
Yes, he's also the villain Zemo in Capt America Civil War.
