Head Sculpt Identification

Hello!
I apologize if this seems obvious but I am relatively new to the 1/6 scale custom figure scene. Has anyone seen this head sculpt before? Does it belong to a particular figure? I saw this photo while looking for 1/6 scale outfits. The outfit itself is made by DH Crow Toys. Perhaps it is a custom sculpt?
