Heyyy! Sit on it!

Looks like a decent likeness.

I think they did a good job. Instantly recognizable. Even the smiling head looks decent, and these have traditionally been difficult to pull off. That said, I'm no expert on Happy Days and the Fonz. Nice jukebox too.

The jukebox looks nice. I've been wanting one for my nebulous "someday" dive bar diorama. And having The Fonz to hang out might actually prompt me to finish up the "someday" dive bar.

The promotional pic says "pending licensor approval," so this might not ever happen. At least it appears to be a licensed piece and not a knock-off.

Looks nice and is my fav character from Happy Days, but not what I collect. The painter, Dario Barbera, is promoting it on his social media pages, so I’m fairly confident that it’s licensed. He isn’t one to jump the gun, especially with his name on it.

"pending licensor approval" is a very common promo phrase and actually confirms that it is licensed and that it is going to happen - that's why there is a "licensor" in the first place.  They just haven't received back yet the "checkmark" sculpt approval from the studio or the actor or both, so some tweaking is theoretically possible.  It would be rare to see significant change, though as I recall it happened once at Hot Toys with Disney suppressing a battle damaged Downey or something.

Both sculpts look excellent to me and GF is quite right, smiling sculpts have a history of being off so this one is doubly good.  I'm less sold on the juke box though as it looks a tad underscale from what I would expect.  Also I am somewhat confused as to what's painted on it and what is done by lighting underneath?  It looks like the color is fully painted on, and then presumably the flickering lights underneath are just white?  That's just going to be a very unsatisfying way to do it; and there are knicknack jukeboxes with more complex lighting schemes.  I concede however the inner guts of it, as well as the song lists, look excellent.
