Is it just me or is the likeness a little off? Although he looks good with the shades on, which seems to be a trend recently.

Looks decent enough with the shades on.
Once those shades are off, the eye's look off, thus ruining the likeness to Arnold S.
Is his hair too neat?

The eyes are not right so the sunglasses need to stay on but there are plenty of bootlegs around that look at least as good as this one.
