I never got that, and probably never will...

Oh great, its a rare Pepe. Okay, that does need some explanation: Pepe the Frog was created by Matt Furie, for the webcomic Boy's Club. A random page of the comic was posted on 4 chan years and years ago, and the single panel of him saying "Feels Good, man!" became a meme.

Sadly, over the years, the innocent frog was co-opted by far right groups, using him as a symbol for doomeris (the expression the head has is the "FeelsBadMan" meme) and so on, because a lot of far right people identified themselves with Pepe the Frog, as the defactor loser of modern society and that only a strong leader could set things right.

This was deliberate, using something innocent as a Frog character, they could flat out deny that its a far right symbol and make fun of people pointing that out. Wikipedia goes into far more details:

However, Matt Furie successfully sued several far right groups for copyright infringement and since then, Pepe has not been used by the Far Right and replaced by a different, frog character.
