That was my thought as well. I also love that it has movable eyes, it adds so much to these things to be able to angle them for different attitudes.

Hmm.....this would actually get me into collecting modern Chinese military figures.

Perhaps the lips are too glossy for a military character, but otherwise I completely agree with you all. Beautiful, cute, fun, and lends itself to kitbashing. And while not a particularly loaded set, still very good.

There's a 73051 color variant wearing "desert camo" and featuring a face sculpt that's too cute to resist:

Pre-ordered with a deposit only today. I'll worry about paying for it later.  

And... it's ZeroDelta's fault because I was looking at some figures that he had mentioned and I had no intention of buying anything.

Hmm interesting figure!

The weapons look very simple though without a lot of details. Not as detailed as my damtoys, what is a bit of a disapointment for me to be honest

Status of both versions of this figure is now indicated as "Sold Out" at Giantoy.

The only problem with Flagset is the lower quality of the weapons, they deserve to be more detailed. The uniforms and the bodies of the figures are very correct...
