Overtextured but understated in that consistent matte black... perhaps appropriate for an operative seeking to keep a fairly low profile. Looks impressively done and apparently an accurate rendition of the onscreen look. I have done a tad of research on the original comic book version of the character and apparently he is much, much worse than the merely ominous dude seen onscreen.

No idea who this is supposed to be.
