Bad Ass Elf On The Shelf.

Nice character! He certainly looks badass. Like a secret agent posing as Santa. Or perhaps a Bad Santa-type character. I did something like that a while back, but ended up stuffing the torso with cotton balls (which I also used to add white hair, bushy eyebrows, and beard) -- with limited success, because the pants were too tight to stuff that part of the torso too.

I considered (strongly) fattening up this guy, but it just didn't seem right.
As it was, the grandkids (and my kids, for that matter) got a hoot out of it. They kept wanting to get him for play, but he stayed in high places.

Thanks very much, Stryker, and, you're right. Almost got him one for a photo op. but got sidetracked at the time and never got back to it. First thing I know, Christmas is over and he's heading in for a long snooze until next year.
As for the weapon, there's always next year.

I am delighted they enjoyed it, though not surprised. I imagine your hobby provides plenty of amusement for them.
