Very cool little game. I don't know if there are enough such offerings yet, but I bet someone enterprising could put together a whole sixth-scale arcade.

Damn I want this! I was SERIOUSLY tempted by the centipede one, but ultimately put my money elsewhere. But Street Fighter 2 was a defining point for me having lost a chunk of my misspent youth in arcades. These are really stunning!

Update: They are about to enter production. Expected shipping date is around September 9th.

Update: Capcom approvals have been granted. Pilot production is complete. Mass production has begun but a previously undetected software bug is causing problems. Expected shipping date is now pushed back to September 30th. I'm glad they found it before shipping it out. Nice to know that they have decent Quality Control procedures.

Mine arrived today. It lives up to expectations; the cabinet is a very good replica of the original. It contains two games: Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Street Fighter II Champion Edition. I wasn't very good at playing it when I as a kid and I'm even worse now. Good fun though.

Looks like the next one they are working on is 'Asteroids'.

Would love to see photos with figures if you ever feel like taking them. I really want to pick up one of these myself, although it's just a little ways down my shopping list. But now that I have the change machine coming, it's becoming a necessity.

It came out of my Christmas budget so I have to wrap it up and wait till Christmas.

Edit: the original photos don't show it, but in addition to the coin slots, the marquee at the top also lights up. Stick this in a diorama, with the right photography it would be hard to tell that it wasn't the full-sized version.

If they ever do a pinball machine, I'll be all over that.

I actually have the Tempest machine, and it's GORGEOUS. The marquee and change slots all light up, and it's just so perfect looking. I was tempted by the Street Fighter, but the cabinet art just isn't as striking, so it's less fun for photos. Considering the Dragon's Lair one when it come out as well.

I did the kickstarter for the change machine too, and that should be coming this week (Hopefully). As soon as it does, I plan to get some pics together and I'll have to post them here.

If anyone wanted Street Fighter, there are apparently less than 50 left.
