Not bad. Something seems slightly off about the face, but I still recognized him instantly.

I would not have recognised this character if he were not in costume so the head sculpt needs some work.

If they are breaching trademarks and copyrights simply by producing this figure, does it really matter whether they call him "Magneto"?

I think it's just a tactic to stay under the radar longer, big companies with a webcomunity dept or just a heavy marketing dept might have algorythms to monitor their products and catch infringing ones... In fact they might even have a full dept to protect themselves from copyright infringement
