Zombies are a great way to make use of damaged figurines. If you have one with a missing limb or broken piece, paint some gore on it - instant zombie. Same with the cheap head sculpts we all have that we can't find a use for. Mangle it with a cigarette lighter and paint on some necrotic flesh.
