For Ridondo, since he’s fully clothed, I would use a WorldBox body — no need to go seamless. For Kull, I would think any handsome head sculpt would work that you could add hair to.

Hard to tell from the image, but I looked up a few more, and nothing suggests to me that a female head is the way to go for Ridondo. And, indeed, such a head would tend to be undersized for the body. Look for Mr Toys Barbarian (He-Man) or TBLeague / Phicen Alexander the Great heads on eBay or wherever, they both have long blond locks of hair. Or you can give long blond hair to other heads that you shave or are bald, like the Matt Damon from Elysium.
Kull was played by Kevin Sorbo in a movie, so that could be a way to go, unless it doesn't work for you visually; unfortunately, the only Kevin Sorbo action figure I can think of is Dylan Hunt from Andromeda, and that is not very realistic by current standards.

Thank you!
I really don't like the size of the head in the body, and was thinking that size was what I would have.
So female heads are smaller in action figures?
I wouldn´t mind Kevin Sorbo if it was more realistic a Hercules like. Not that version Smile and I want real hair so maybe a bald head is the best for me.
I'm only sad, I'd bought a blond wig to change in the female head. well. I might make a girl someday.
Now jumping to look Mr Toys Barbarian and Alexander the great. Very Happy

Look at some of the military figure heads from DiD, DAMToys, Easy&Simple, etc., for males with less hair and that way you can shave the sculpted hair down and add real hair to them.

Alexander (actually two of them, comparative review) -- HERE.
He-Man (review) -- HERE.
If the head sculpt is plastic (most mass produced heads that form part of action figure sets are, but many custom heads on eBay are not), you can heat it up and slice off sculpted hair with an X-acto knife. Otherwise rotary tools are best, but resin makes a big mess (and is harmful to your health). So best to find a bald or very-short-cropped head if you intend to give it real hair yourself. For example, TBLeague's Ramesses HERE.
And yes, female heads usually are palpably smaller than male ones -- even if some companies produce tall female glamazon bodies. You would do well to keep this one for a female figure kitbash.

The other thing to keep in mind is combining the body and the head. There is skin tone to consider (although either could be painted or colored, with some effort) and also whether your body has an integral neck and whether the head has one too (in which case one of them has to go -- cutting a resin neck off is a huge pain and mess).

Esganado, here's an example of a bald, unpainted head that could potentially work. There are others similar out there....

It's a lot harder than you think. At this point I actually prefer to paint them, imperfect or not. But good luck.
As for where, look on eBay.

Maybe a small stencil could help to make marker tattoos more detailed.... now I'm thinking I'll have to do some more experiences. 😁

I'm not sure you can get a stencil fine enough to do that (or what brush-applied paint or ink would work). Both the Luka and Conor tattooed bodies feature realistic detailed images of tigers, for example, and there is no marker tip or brush fine enough to replicate this level of detail. But things like "tribal" armband tattoos or relatively stylized zodiac signs, etc, should be doable with the finer tip (ironically under the bigger cap) of the Gundam Real Touch Markers (if you try this remember to quickly soak up the wet ink, being careful not to smudge, and then leave it alone for a good while).
