Looks pretty promising. Both for someone interested in this specific character and for a more casual kitbasher like me.

Much like Iron Man, I'm really feeling the fatigue on this character. I'd rather have Heath from the short-lived TV show Roar, since I already have the only Mr. J/Ledger I need.

Very true. Heath was in quite a lot of films, though perhaps none of the others quite approached the popularity of this franchise. But with a "normal" Heath head sculpt (and there are one or two), you could do a character based on Roar or A Knight's Tale or The Patriot or Ned Kelly or Casanova or (with enough Jake G heads out there) even Brokeback Mountain, for those so inclined!
