Does double-sided tape work on silicone body?

Since when I started on this hobby, I really wanted to do a custom figure of Morrigan Aensland. Now that I found a neat HS for this project, I'm eager to put it to action. What I'm planning to do is using a white VSTOYS 19XG37 jumpsuit, modifying the top part, puttin it on the body and painting the costume's details on it. The costume will be permanent, so no worries on staining the body on painting process.
Now, due to the nature of her cleavage, I was thinking on using a really thin double-sided tape to stick the stretchy fabric to the body on some key points. Now I don't know if the tape will glue on the silicone body. Do you guys think it could work or is there a better alternative?

I wasn't aware there exists a double-sided tape with one side silicone adhesive and the other side acrylic adhesive, until you brought the topic up.

Or a wild suggestion, check out TBL's Anck-Su-Namun figure, particularly the chest armor (.. more like nipple-armor...) or "underbra", as Brassco put it.
Maybe you can use that as a support frame... wrap-and-glue the VStoys clothing around it to basically achieve a bustier, and hope the the black coloring of the cloth
will somehow hide the protrusion of said underbra.

I just stumbled upon this dress and It may work even better. But again, I'd have to stick the breast part on the body so it doesn't slip out.

If this project works out, I'm gonna get a S16 body (the smallest breast, to my knowledge) to go for Lilith.

I would be wary of using double-sided tape in principle (but the silicone double-sided tape might make my concerns irrelevant). Tape wouldn't stick well if you have the protective powder in place, and if you don't have the protective powder in place, I don't know how good that would be for your silicone surface. That special tape might get over this basic problem, but then you could just as well use little globs of silicone glue. I used those, with a little bit of paint (first acrylic, later on silc pig) to paint nipples -- it works fairly well, yet you could pry it off if you decided it needed to be removed or redone.
