I have no idea who this is supposed to be, but I wish the sculpt didn't have that ugly 'fringe' hairstyle because otherwise I'd get it to re-hair it. ;p

Ezra Miller who plays the Flash for the DCEU. Looks like him, but not a big fan of this particular version of Flash. I guess they made this because the HT version only came with the masked head.
