Poptoys Bean-Gelo Devil King Adolf Hitler Review

Here's a 1/12 scale cartoon style version of Adolf Hitler, made by Poptoys Bean-Gelo. Despite being cartoonish, it definitely is unmistakably Hitler. He also comes with a demonic cat called "Kitler". Hitler's uniform is very well made. It fits well and it has all sorts of little details. He comes with a bunch of neat accessories like a hat, a gun, cane, and his own stand. Although he looks very nice, his articulation system is quite flawed. He doesn't have any proper upper body movement to bend sideways or even downward. There also doesn't seem to be waist movement. The feet can only be rotated as other types of movements are barely there. He does have double jointed elbows and knees, so that's good, plus his head can look all around without trouble. His size fits well with Figuarts and Mafex toys but a little too big for TBLeague people. Very Happy

The smug, disinterested expression on the cat's face is hilarious!

The uniform looks very nicely detailed! Look at that belt!

They actually included a swastika on the uniform sleeve? Bold move! That symbol seems to get censored in many places these days.

Interesting cartoonish parody of a historical figure - reminds me of the 1940s, when Schickelgruber was parodied everywhere, from Warner Bros. cartoons to Three Stooges films. My grandparents used to have a roll of toilet paper from the war years that had his face printed on the squares.
